1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PuriSlot ("PuriSlot", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at purislot.cam. 3 Account Eligibility

• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated account on PuriSlot under any email address or identity.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law.

4 Account Registration & KYC

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on PuriSlot. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 KYC Verification

PuriSlot is required to verify the identity of all registered players prior to processing withdrawals. To complete KYC verification, you will be asked to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport);
• Proof of residential address dated within the previous three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence);
• A clear selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to make your first deposit, where applicable.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. PuriSlot reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to place withdrawal restrictions on accounts pending verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PuriSlot shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify PuriSlot immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

5 Deposits & Payments

PuriSlot accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are published on the platform and may vary by payment method.
• PuriSlot does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which PuriSlot accepts no responsibility.
• Cryptocurrency deposit values are calculated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Deposits are only for the purpose of gaming on the PuriSlot platform. Using the platform as a payment processing mechanism or for money transfer purposes is prohibited.

5.2 Failed or Disputed Deposits

In the event that a deposit fails to credit to your account, you should contact PuriSlot support via live chat with your transaction reference. Fraudulent chargebacks — reversing a legitimate deposit after using associated funds — constitute a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

6 Withdrawals

PuriSlot is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within five (5) minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong accounts are generally completed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take between fifteen (15) and sixty (60) minutes.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to KYC verification.
• Accounts must have completed KYC verification before withdrawals above the minimum threshold can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the platform and are subject to change.
• PuriSlot reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing large withdrawal requests.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

7 Bonuses & Promotions

PuriSlot offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside each promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are published on the relevant offer page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Players who register using a cryptocurrency deposit method are eligible for the 2% crypto deposit bonus, subject to the maximum cap of MYR 688 per qualifying transaction and applicable wagering requirements.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that remain unused or where wagering requirements have not been met within the designated validity period will expire and be removed from the account. Validity periods are published for each individual promotion.

8 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on PuriSlot are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. 8.1 Technical Malfunctions

8.2 Game Rules

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PuriSlot platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts under any name, email address, or identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or its games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits or winnings not legitimately earned;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or reversing legitimate transactions;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Laundering money or using PuriSlot for any financial transaction unrelated to legitimate gaming activity;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward PuriSlot staff or other players.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the PuriSlot platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and design elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of PuriSlot or its licensed content suppliers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any element of the platform without the prior written consent of PuriSlot.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PuriSlot platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence is automatically revoked upon termination of your account for any reason.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PuriSlot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming funds, loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of service, or any error or omission in platform content.

PuriSlot does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, server downtime, or events beyond our reasonable control may periodically affect platform availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PuriSlot makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by PuriSlot

PuriSlot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, has provided false registration information, is engaged in prohibited activities, or where required to do so for regulatory compliance purposes.

13.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting PuriSlot support via live chat. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC verification.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for any reason, all access rights to the platform are immediately revoked. Clauses pertaining to intellectual property, liability limitations, and governing law shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

14 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations under which PuriSlot operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the territory in which PuriSlot is licensed to operate.

Where a dispute relates specifically to a game outcome or technical matter, PuriSlot's technical records and log files shall be considered authoritative evidence of the facts in dispute, unless demonstrably erroneous.

15 Amendments

PuriSlot reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the PuriSlot platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
